My salesman, Miguel Sanchez was very helpful. He was not pushy, was patient and answered all questions. I had am immediate problem with the vehicle before I got home with it. I contacted Miguel Sanchez and I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership the next morning. Miguel was there and resolved the issue immediately. My experience was pleasant and I will refer friends to Miguel at Groppetti.

I went in for a recall, they told me an estimated time of an hour. More than an hour had passed so finally I got up to ask, and who knows how long my car was done, it was just sitting there ready and no one informed me. Just to add, when I visit Selma Honda they always wash my car and fill my gas for free, I didn’t expect my gas to be filled but at least a quick wash.

Exactly how I wanted to be treated at a dealership. No unnecessary pressure or trying to play hardball. They were straightforward and respectful and treated me like a valued customer. I had shopped around a bit looking at other cars before making my decision. I'd went up to Fresno and was test driving and comparing cars, I'd actually found an Si that I liked at Clawson in Fresno and they were extremely rude and so I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Came down to Visalia Honda and they were very cordial and were willing to work with me. Would definitely recommend shopping there for a car and you can't go wrong with a Honda. Shout out to Miguel and Jimmy too, if you go in ask for them.

I took my CRV in for auto butl...
I took my CRV in for auto butler application.i waited a month for an appointment. The rep in service department was courteous. I got there shortly before 8 am. He asked me if I was waiting or coming back for vehicle. I live around corner from dealership. I asked it could be ready by 12. Rep said he would me when finished. I had not heard from anyone by 1:30, so I called dealership. Rep checked on status, I was told it was ready. My first question was if my driver bottom seat cover had been replaced as i was told should be ready my next auto butler date. My first request for as stain to be removed was almost a year ago. I have brought it up several times and always put off for different reasons.Your detail Department even sent it to the Ford service department and they could not remove stain a and I was told it was approved to be replaced. I am still waiting after almost a year.. again I was told person in charge was on extended medical leave and he was only person that could help me. I bought auto butler in good faith from your dealership. I did not expect to be put through this ordeal to get a partial seat cover replaced. My car is garaged and kept clean. It only has 8000. Miles on it. I also assumed your detailing included a through vacuuming and the inside wiped down. My back floor mats were not cleaned or even wiped down.. My front windshield is very streaked. Right now I am very unhappy with dealership practices in fulfilling auto butler warranty. It makes me wonder what would happen if I had a serious malfunction with my vehicle. The rep today said there was nothing on the computer records about my seat cover.

Car was dropped off @ around 10:30 pm Thursday night, Was initially concerned about leaving car due to it being after hours. Turned out there was a convenient night drop envelope provided for keys and guestios on front to leave basic information and info, never knew this convenience was even available for after hours issues. Thank you . Received call from dealership first thing next am, I explained the issue I was having. Received a second call by 4:30 that same day to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up car service agent explained what went wrong with the vehicle and explained what was done to fix the issue, service was exceptionally hassle free, courteous, timely efficient, informative and stress free. As a single 53 year old female who lives alone and knows nothing about vehicle mechanics except basically gas and go Lol and depends highly on the only vehicle I own, I thank you and appreciate the customer service I received. This kind of customer service is becoming more and more rare in today’s world, however it’s this kind of service that will keep myself and other customers coming back, Will highly recommend to friends and family

I scheduled an appointment for an airbag recall issue. Scheduling was a smooth process. When I dropped off my car for the repair, Ricardo helped me at the service desk. He was very friendly! I asked for a ride to work & to be picked up and that was a smooth process as well. Marcellino was also very friendly and wasted no time in safely transporting me from your facility to my work then back again to pick up my car. There was only 1 hiccup in the whole process......... When I drove my car away from Visalia Honda's Serivce Dept. I noticed that my radio wasn't working. It had been disabled? I rely on this heavily for my back up camera and my phone's bluetooth connection. I'm guessing it was something related to the service performed? Ricardo helped me again without dely in entering an access code to enable the radio once again. I do believe this is something that could've been avoided if anyone had performed a quality control check before releasing my vehicle. Overall I am pleased with my experience. I will likely visit again with info given to me by Ricardo in regard to oil changes.

I had a coupon for free inspection, tire rotation, and car wash and when I picked it up my car wasn’t washed. It had a large bird ----. Other than that little problem good friendly service all around.
