More than an hour had passed so finally I got up to ask, and who knows how long my car was done, it was just sitting there ready and no one informed me. Just to add, when I visit Selma Honda they always wash my car and fill my gas for free, I didn’t expect my gas to be filled but at least a quick wash.

Exactly how I wanted to be treated at a dealership. No unnecessary pressure or trying to play hardball. They were straightforward and respectful and treated me like a valued customer. I had shopped around a bit looking at other cars before making my decision. I'd went up to Fresno and was test driving and comparing cars, I'd actually found an Si that I liked at Clawson in Fresno and they were extremely rude and so I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Came down to Visalia Honda and they were very cordial and were willing to work with me. Would definitely recommend shopping there for a car and you can't go wrong with a Honda. Shout out to Miguel and Jimmy too, if you go in ask for them.

I took my CRV in for auto butler application.i waited a month for an appointment. The rep in service department was courteous. I got there shortly before 8 am. He asked me if I was waiting or coming back for vehicle. I live around corner from dealership. I asked it could be ready by 12. Rep said he would me when finished. I had not heard from anyone by 1:30, so I called dealership. Rep checked on status, I was told it was ready. My first question was if my driver bottom seat cover had been replaced as i was told should be ready my next auto butler date. My first request for as stain to be removed was almost a year ago. I have brought it up several times and always put off for different reasons.Your detail Department even sent it to the Ford service department and they could not remove stain a and I was told it was approved to be replaced. I am still waiting after almost a year.. again I was told person in charge was on extended medical leave and he was only person that could help me. I bought auto butler in good faith from your dealership. I did not expect to be put through this ordeal to get a partial seat cover replaced. My car is garaged and kept clean. It only has 8000. Miles on it. I also assumed your detailing included a through vacuuming and the inside wiped down. My back floor mats were not cleaned or even wiped down.. My front windshield is very streaked. Right now I am very unhappy with dealership practices in fulfilling auto butler warranty. It makes me wonder what would happen if I had a serious malfunction with my vehicle. The rep today said there was nothing on the computer records about my seat cover.

Car was dropped off @ around 10:30 pm Thursday night, Was initially concerned about leaving car due to it being after hours. Turned out there was a convenient night drop envelope provided for keys and guestios on front to leave basic information and info, never knew this convenience was even available for after hours issues. Thank you . Received call from dealership first thing next am, I explained the issue I was having. Received a second call by 4:30 that same day to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up car service agent explained what went wrong with the vehicle and explained what was done to fix the issue, service was exceptionally hassle free, courteous, timely efficient, informative and stress free. As a single 53 year old female who lives alone and knows nothing about vehicle mechanics except basically gas and go Lol and depends highly on the only vehicle I own, I thank you and appreciate the customer service I received. This kind of customer service is becoming more and more rare in today’s world, however it’s this kind of service that will keep myself and other customers coming back, Will highly recommend to friends and family

I scheduled an appointment for an airbag recall issue. Scheduling was a smooth process. When I dropped off my car for the repair, Ricardo helped me at the service desk. He was very friendly! I asked for a ride to work & to be picked up and that was a smooth process as well. Marcellino was also very friendly and wasted no time in safely transporting me from your facility to my work then back again to pick up my car. There was only 1 hiccup in the whole process......... When I drove my car away from Visalia Honda's Serivce Dept. I noticed that my radio wasn't working. It had been disabled? I rely on this heavily for my back up camera and my phone's bluetooth connection. I'm guessing it was something related to the service performed? Ricardo helped me again without dely in entering an access code to enable the radio once again. I do believe this is something that could've been avoided if anyone had performed a quality control check before releasing my vehicle. Overall I am pleased with my experience. I will likely visit again with info given to me by Ricardo in regard to oil changes.

I stopped by after I got off work to get my car serviced/ oil change. I didn’t have an appointment so I knew I would have to wait, it wasn’t too bad tho. Staff was friendly, waiting areas were clean. Just a few minutes ago I was looking at the paperwork that I was given. As I studied the multi-point inspection paper I noticed that my name was not on the top of the paper. My name is Annetta Hanshew and the paper has Carrie Hachee 2004 Accord. I don’t recall this happening before that I was not given the correct paper work. I am concerned about it because it has the license plate and VIN number on it. From now on I will check the paper work before I leave the service department.

I had a coupon for free car wash and tire rotation in which I very much appreciated. However, they washed the car without drying it and it was left with water spots all over it and the back window completely dirty. I had to rewash the windows and wipe the exterior down when I got home. That had me a little disappointed, so I'm not giving you an "excellent service" rating, but other than that the Honda dealership is great and I definitely recommend them. I have a 2016 Honda Fit and it is one of the best cars I've owned. I love it.

I’m happy that Lorenzo V. is back as a service advisor at Visalia Honda. I’m am always 100% satisfied with my experiences; however, the one flaw that I have recently started noticing is how appointments are made. A receptionist that covers all of Groppetti is not helpful at all. I called yesterday to try and schedule installation of tire and rim and she said that the day’s schedule was full, but stated I could just come in and see if they can help. She said this multiple times. I wouldn’t waste my time doing that if the schedule was full. Instead, she can contact the service advisors to see if that was possible. I hung up, called Drew from Parts Department who coordinated an appointment for me with Lorenzo. This is something the person coordinating appointments should do. I will book directly with Lorenzo next time and skip the person who is scheduling appointments.

As always, the service was outstanding! Ricardo did an outstanding job in explaining to me what parts had to be ordered to fix my 2012 Pilot. He went out of the way to ensure no unnecessary parts had to be replaced. I thought my CV joints had to be replaced, but the stabilizer links were the actual parts that had to be ordered for my vehicle. I appreciate the integrity of Ricardo and the rest of the service department. They don’t try to do extra work to charge you more. They only recommend what needs to be done. Being in the Navy and gone all the time, it makes me feel good my wife can take our vehicles there, and they’ll provide excellent service and be honest with her. I had a small issue with my battery for my Honda, because the part was fairly new it was covered under warranty & I only had to pay a small fee. Even though, every time I go there for service I am pretty satisfied, the prices are a little bit too high even with the coupons. I love going to Honda and get the parts backed up by the manufacturer however and I think a lot more people would choose the dealers if the prices were a little bit less. And of course, I think the tire rotation should be complimentary as it literally takes 2 minutes to complete. 25$ for that simple task is outrageous. I still love the professionals who work there and I hope someone is actually reading these reviews and would consider making some customer friendly changes.

Everything went well. I finally had a second key made after my kids lost my back-up key. After a week-end of looking for my only key, which I fortunately later found, I thought it might be wise to have a second one made since I work out of town in northern California most weeks where there are very few dealers close to my work locations. Other then the cost of making a $200 for a single key and another key for $100, which seems a bit excessive, I was very satisfied with the service and the service reps follow-up.

It was a pleasure working with Matt. We came in on a Friday evening around 6:30pm and there was never any pressure from Matt. He let us take our time a look around and not to push us to get out the door by a certain time. To be honest, right from the start we told him we were just looking that night and going to another dealership on Saturday to test drive a Subaru and his demeanor didn't change a bit. After spending time with him and at the end of the night he worked up a price that worked for us. If the customer service would have been different, I wouldn't have left with a Honda that night!

The staff was helpful and frie...
The staff was helpful and friendly. They completed the work and washed the car in a reasonable amount of time. However, the main reason we took the car in was not resolved. The brakes are scary. We noticed this when we first got the car and thought it would resolve itself after some driving. Instead the issue has gotten worse. The issue: when pressing the brake the pedal moves without ANY braking--as you continue to press the brakes suddenly engage and the car jerks to a stop. The bigger issue is that the brake doesn't engage at the same point, making braking a scary challenge. We were told this is normal due to the electronic master cylinder and that other cars on the lot brake in the same manner. After doing some research, I discovered there are many people complaining about the same issue. I also discovered the problem is fixed by replacing the brake booster. When I asked about the brake booster I was told that the part was expensive and that the service agent would have to talk to the service manager about it. Since my wife drives the car, I am concerned about her safety. This is a brand new car and we shouldn't have any safety concerns. My hope is that you will resolve this issue before there's an accident.

I scheduled the appointment by...
I scheduled the appointment by phone to check into the Low Tire Pressure indicator light on my 2010 Insight. Arron Aldridge checked the tire pressures and inspected the tires. His inspection indicated that some of the tire pressures were low and two tires were badly worn and weathered. The other two tires were fairly new and had good tread. Mr. Aldridge ordered two tires. Upon return the new tires were installed and the tires were mounted, balanced and aligned. Mr. Aldridge added a free headlight restoration. I am a satisfied customer.

We purchased our last two vehicles from Jimmy Escobar when he was working at Toyota a number of years ago. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle this year we purposely searched for Jimmy. Although I had my heart set on a new Prius, Jimmy and the salesperson Alex persuaded me to test drive the Civic. Even though the MPG of the Civic is slightly lower than the Prius, everything else about the Civic, including the price, was reason enough to buy it. The customer service we received was excellent and we will definitely contact Jimmy when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.

I arrived a bit early and was met by an employee who was already armed with my paperwork. I waited only about an hour with my book and a complimentary cappuccino for company. The lobby space is comfortable and bright, the ladies room clean. The car was done and ready to go in an hour and I was on my way. I couldn't have had a better experience unless they served canapes and of course that would be ridiculous!

I had an appointment for my 75...
I had an appointment for my 7500 mile service. There was a display in the lobby stating the time it will take to preform the service. It stated 47 minutes. When I turned my keys in they did say 45-60 minuets. The service was done on time 47 minutes exactly , which made me happy, I was on my way to my next appointment. I secretly timed them on my phone. The wait wasn't too long and the waiting area had the game on for everyone to watch. My Honda Pilot stalled on me earlier that day, and after taking my car in to see what was the problem to several places all they could say they didn't have any Idea what was wrong, I said no problem I'm taking it to Honda I know they will know what to do.... Ricardo in a matter of seconds called me to his desk and started to help me. What a bunch of great guys at Honda I would tell everyone about the professorial help that I received today !!!

This Honda Dealer (and Arron) ...
This Honda Dealer (and Arron) were very straight forward, quick to provide service and response and kind. The problem turned out to be with the my trailer brake controller failing which is clearly not Honda's or the dealer's responsibility but they were kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee. This service experience was stellar compared to my experience at a different dealer who tried to sell me a power steering flush on the the electric power steering system. The explanation provided was direct and clear that should the problem come again I can come back. I'll be very happy to switch to this dealership for my regular maintenance. Thanks!

On Wed, 6/6/18, we were drivin...
On Wed, 6/6/18, we were driving our Odyssey home through the country east of Selma. A horrible noise occurred whenever the brakes were applied. We made it to a gas station & had our car towed to your dealership. We were called the first thing on Thursday morning and Juan Cifuentez communicated with us as the diagnosis was made and the car received the needed service. A bolt in the driver side rear brake system had come loose & was repaired. Juan and his manager told us they were not going to charge us for that as we were having the extensive tune-up done while the car was there. In the process of fixing our car & doing a tune-up, the mechanic found that we had previously had the tune-up. It was done a few years back. We were grateful for the honesty and integrity of the mechanics who found records that this $2,000 tune-up had been done previously. And were surprised and pleased when they did not charge us for the tightening of the bolt. We have always had excellent service here & trust the staff with our car. We have found the staff to be skilled, friendly, and honest.

We thought it would take three or four hours for the repair, but Ed Lockett greeted us cordially and assigned the task to Mike Manning who efficiently and quickly completed the repair. I took my honda to get A/C rep...
I took my honda to get A/C repaired 7 months ago. The front A/C was repaired. I was happy. The very same day, I sat in the back seat with my kids and notice the rear A/C was blowing hot air even when I played with the settings all the way down to 64 degrees, it was still blowing hot air. I tried to get the car back the same day, but they did not have anything available until next week. I did not have time to bring it back the following week because I had to leave for a military deployment the following day. Seven months later, I finally found the time to bring my pilot in to fix. I was told my temperature sensor was bad. Now I have to wait two weeks for the part to come in. My experience would be a 5 out of 10 for the repair jon. On the other hand, service rep Juan was very professional and very helpful he gets a 10 out of 10.

The overall experience was good but I did not like that there were fees associated with the purchase like Gap insurance that I didn't ask for and no one told me about. I noticed this charge and asked that it be removed since I put $15,000 down and it was unnecessary. After a couple of hidden charges were removed my monthly payment went down $79 which I think is pretty substantial.

I appreciated that he contacted me when the issue with the car was confirmed later Saturday afternoon and provided the likely repair timeline. I also appreciated the emails regarding the required part order status. The experience at your dealership couldn't have gone better. I normally go to an independent repair facility. I'll likely continue to do that for scheduled service as I believe I get equal quality work at a lower cost. Your Saturday hours and the ability to store my car securely made all the difference in this case.

95 minute wait for an oil chan...
95 minute wait for an oil change with an appointment is way too long. When I told the service advisor about it he said it’s 2.5 hours now! Don’t promise something you can’t deliver like a quick oil change. Other places do it much faster with high quality as well. My sales experience with Honda was great, but a simple oil change should be done more expediently.

Customer Service was excellent and your tech side is very efficient. In quick summary, I made my appt telephonically and during the week I received an email that the part had arrived, and I received a call to remind/confirm appt. At drop off, my Service Advisor (Ricardo Urrutia) was very professional and timely to get me to my shuttle ride. Shuttle driver was friendly and I felt safe while he drove. The work was completed on projected time, and I enjoyed the app to keep an eye on my service being completed, and the call to announce the vehicle was ready. Great experience........Thanks!

Always professional. Always helpful. This time they addressed my concern about a weird noise I was hearing. Checked over my Pilot and reassured me that nothing was wrong and explained what might be causing the noise and that it would probably go away. It did! Thanks for being so reassuring.

I came in for what I thought w...
I came in for what I thought would be a 2-3 hour stay. Unfortunately, my CRV needed lots of attention and time. The courtesy shuffle back and forth for an appointment was very convenient and easy to use; Thanks Marcelino! Then I realized I was stuck for the rest of the afternoon waiting for my car. I mentioned I hadn't had lunch, and one of the service personnel offered to take me over to the sandwich shop. I was also offered the use of a loaner car for the afternoon. I took the offer to go to Port of Subs (Thanks Miguel!), enjoyed lunch and a nice walk back, and waited some more. Juan kept me informed of what was happening continually, which I really appreciated. My 11 year old, high mileage CRV is now running like a top! Good service by everyone!

I visited Honda Service department regarding a squeek I was hearing when applying brakes. Your technician, after examining the car, told me the brake pads were okay but the non-Honda pads in front were causing the sound. They didn't recommend replacing them if I could tolerate the noise as they were still functioning well. I appreciate the concern for my pocket book. I bought this car new and am still enjoying it .

It's always easy to bring my Pilot in for whatever is needed. The service associates are always knowledgeable and helpful. They always explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. The shuttle service is great when needed, but waiting is comfortable and the new coffee machine is a welcome addition.

The only hiccup was a rude comment made by the man in the finance office in which he said we, my wife and I, were “messing up royally” by not accepting any additional offers he made, which made the rest of the interaction a tad awkward. My Honda CR-V looked great! Two things I would have liked to be done. The inside was very clean and looked great except for the trunk. I think it was forgotten. Plus when they did the auto butler on the outside there was an X marked on the tire that wasn’t cleaned off before the shine was applied on the tire. Other than that everything was great! Thank you!

First time dealer service department visit: The appointment was a breeze and the receptionist taking the appointment was a pleasant to work with. When arrived, completely different atmosphere, I felt rushed and no one offer us a ride as mentioned at the initial appointment, had to find my own ride. After 4 hours as promised, car was still not ready. Wish service tech/advisor would take the time to explain what was done to the car at pick up instead of just handing me the key. Felt rushed again. The status web updates is pretty much useless, kept checking progress updates for 4 hours with no activities at all.

Bought new Honda Accord 2 1/2...
Bought new Honda Accord 2 1/2 years ago. Never any problem until yesterday. Battery died. Took car to Visalia Honda. They replaced battery and checked other items in less than one hour. NO CHARGE for any of this. I am 87 years old and have owned a bunch of cars over the years. This white 2015 Honda is much better than the black 2004 Infiniti that I traded in on it and is the best car I have ever owned.

I found that you don't make sure the window washer are working. You checked the levels but did not run the washer. The reason I'm concered is that i wanted to be shown how to use it and it didn't work. My car is a 1913 and the warranty is out. Now i have to pay to get it fixed. Since we don't know how long it's been out.

We had a hard time believing we were buying a car because past experiences at other places have made us very unhappy; we dreaded going to a dealership to buy a new car. Well, whatever you are doing, keep it up. You have a marvelous team working for you and we'll be back when we need a car again. Miguel, John (in finance) and the sales manager are to be especially commended. So far as we are concerned, they all went out of their way to make us comfortable in and knowledgeable about every step in the process. If this sounds a little too laudable for a car sale, you get the point: totally unexpected to receive the excellent service, a fair price and the great welcome there at Visalia Honda. We give them way over a 10+ rating.

Enjoy service. Only negative is that I have to travel from Lemoore. I have a recall that needs to be taken care of, but I am not able to get someone from Lemoore to drive to Visalia twice so that recall work can be completed. I am willing to wait an hour, but not the 4-5 hours needed for recall work to be completed. I am disappointed that the dealership does not offer me a courtesy vehicle so that recall work can be completed.

I love my 2006 CRV but it star...
I love my 2006 CRV but it started having battery problems. I took it to several mechanics recommended by friends. After replacing the battery, radio, and many tests on other parts I finally took it to Visalia Honda. They put it on a testing computer and diagnosed bad battery cables and questionable starter. Took a few days to get and install parts but seems to have fixed the problem. I now have confidence again in my CRV and ready for a road trip.
